How Can We Assist?

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

At this time, we do not offer Gift Cards. However, items can be purchased online and shipped to a recipient of your choice. Please notify us in the Instructions block on the order page and we will include a message to the recipient.  An occasion can be included as we include an occasion relevant card in the order. Should you fail to notify us on the order page, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing info@cocojewelz.co.za and we will make the relevant adjustments.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

Currently we offer payment via Yoco. Other payment options will be added in future. An EFT can be done, please email info@cocojewelz.co.za for bank details.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Regrettably we do currently not accept any returns. However, should there be a fault with our product, please kindly email a picture and description to info@cocojewelz.co.za and we will happily review it.

ORDERING

Orders are all taken via the Shop page, no orders will be accepted via email or whatsapp. Once we receive your order it will be processed within 24 hours, and shipped as per the shipping option indicated by the purchaser. We endeavour to ship all items within 1-2 days of receipt of payment, however, we may from time to time experience delays due to Covid-19 implications or due to unforseen circumstances. 

SHIPPING WITHIN SOUTH AFRICA

Please be advise, due to Covid-19, shipping times may be affected from time to time.

We currently ship using The Courier Guy or Postnet . Shipping charges apply to all orders under R 750.00, shipping charges will be applied on checkout. No charge on orders over R750.00. Should you wish to use Postnet to Postnet, please include the Postnet branch in the Add Note section on the Cart page. Deliveries take place Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm and exclude Public Holidays, and weekends. Coco Jewelz will endeavour to ensure all items are shipped on time, however Coco Jewelz cannot be held liable for any delays by the shipping agent or their subsidiries. Please contact info@cocojewelz.co.za should you have any queries regarding delays or shipping. All items will be shipped in the condition in which they are made, should any item be found to be faulty or damaged in any way through shipping, please immediately email info@cocojewelz.co.za with a picture of the damage as well as description of the damage, 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not ship internationally. However, we can make arrangements with any buyer subject to agreement. Please email info@cocojewelz.co.za should you wish to purchase any product.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

The wearer is reminded that all items manufactured by Coco Jewelz are of a costume jewellery nature, and can natually tarnish or fade over time and is to be expected, The user is reminded to not expose the item to any corrosive substances or cleaning materials. It also advised to not spray any perfume, deodorant or any flammable substance onto the jewelry.
